He was able to hold the vehicle, a Yukon XL, for us until I recovered from the surgery and subsequent complications. Since we do not live in the Bakersfield area, Nick provided us pictures of the vehicle and arranged for it to be delivered to us. Johnny Martinez in finance was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Norm delivered our vehicle and was also a very nice person who ensured care was taken when delivering the vehicle. Nick also followed up with us after the purchase and has checked in to see if we had any questions. This buying experience was hassle free with absolutely no games played.
