Michael, the finance guy was awesome in walking us through the final touches to the sale, and Tracy in the service department was incredible to work with, she had a very bubbly personality which I appreciated a lot and she made sure to get us with the best on her team to make sure our vehicle was taken care of. Customer service has been top notch! I was initially hesitant to buy a Buick but have been more than pleased with the luxurious experience the Buick has given. Very modern upscale design! I love what Buick has done with their redesign!
After building our Yukon on the GMC website, we found exactly what we were looking for at Frank Leta. Since we are in NC, we reached out via the website to see if the Yukon was still available. We received an awesome video from Ryan giving us lots of information. We called Ryan directly and he walked us through each step from financing to having the Yukon delivered right to our door, even while dealing with snowy weather. His communication is top knotch. We spoke with many team members while negotiating price & finalizing paperwork. Everyone was very professional while treating us like we were old friends. Again, this was all done by phone & email. We went to 3 dealers with Leta being the last. Should have been the first. Crystal in the internet sales department was great. The store sales department was a bit slow, but the finance department was easy and the online communication was first rate.
