Always satisfying. Glad I have them. They do a professional job and it is consistent from my view point. Gail is always pleasant and knows what’s going on. I am giving them five stars! BUT first, I'd like to say that I'd previously gone in for an oil change and tire rotation, and it had taken them almost 2 hours! I wasn't impressed and went to another local Quick Lube station for the next service. Though they changed the oil fast, they didn't rotate the tires or offer anything else, which led to my tires wearing unevenly and needing new ones sooner than I should have. NOW for the reason I returned to Central Maine Motors Ford. I recently ran into Steve Dyer, their Service Manager, while out to dinner, and he asked why I hadn't brought my Bronco in for service in so long. I explained why, and he ensured me that if I'd give them another chance, he would personally make sure I was satisfied and I wouldn't have to wait! He contacted me Monday morning with an appointment for all services needed-3 factory recalls, oil change, sticker, tire rotation, and seat belt buckle replacement. Steve told me it was time for a new cabin air filter as well, which I didn't even know was a thing so we added that as well. I had also mentioned it needing a good cleaning, so he scheduled a detailing appointment while they had it in the shop and set up the pick up and drop off of my Bronco so that I didn't need to wait there or find rides back and forth. I can honestly say that if it hadn't been for Steve's friendly personality, excellent Customer Service skills, caring enough to ask why I hadn't been back, listening to my needs and getting it all done at once so quickly, I would not have gone back. I'd like to give a huge THANK YOU to the Service Manager, Steve Dyer, and his awesome crew for their hard work! Oh, it also looked and smelled better than the day I drove it off their lot- brand new! I will now continue using Central Maine Motors Ford for all future services and purchases!
