I initially called Newbold to discuss working with me in my 16 year old car. I wanted her to see the worst used car they had. Nick and Dave were all about it and brought out a beater of and old Subaru. Seeing the look on my daughter’s face, giggling with my wife and the sales crew was priceless. During the visit, the wife wanted to upgrade to a new 4Runner limited. Over the next couple of weeks, I went in and worked with Dave and Robert in finance and got the 4Runner for my wife, and they got everything completed in the RAV4 for my daughter. Incredibly seemless and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was in on it and went above and beyond for my girls. The following pics are from her birthday when she got home from school. Up until she actually saw it, she thought she was getting a gold 1984 Volvo. I recommend the family at Newbold, everyone jumped in to make this a very special day for my family.
