Lucio and Fernando were the nicest dealers I have ever met. I told them what I wanted from the start which was a 2018 Toyota and I would tell them the whole week please keep it for me because I had the downpayment and everything ready. Lucio came with me to test drive the car and showed me everything he could about the car which was so helpful, not only that he took the time to wash the car while i was in the room with Fernando when he ultimately didnt have to! Keep in mind everyone there is friendly. When I went for finnancing Fernando took the time amd explained to me how credit works and what to do to get my score high. He then respected that i found insurance and had a voucher for westlake and only wanted westlake. He explained how to do payments and gave me copies of everything. This dealership is the BEST PLACE to get a car they don’t try to scam you and take all the money in the world, they genuinely want to help you.
