Apparently all Dealerships are not the same! Was using a fancy one in FL came to MN and this place night and day different. The facility is great. All the employees are friendly, you can tell they enjoy working there. The place is nice and clean and has an amazing customer lounge. Update: after waiting about a half hour in the lounge the service guy came out and fixed what the FL dealer said couldn't be fixed without a $160 diagnostic check. He explained what was wrong and then said there was no charge. That's what you call amazing service. I actually felt guilty and felt I should pay. I would have been happy paying $100 since they fixed the problem, they refused and just said they hope I use them in the future...I would be stupid not to...they are great!
