I am late sharing my review. I had a great experience with Hi-Low back in November. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off or get over on me. I got a great deal of a car from them. Went to look at a car that was on line. The car was at another lot and the owner Bo, had that car transported to the Frederick location, however, he showed me and my daughter a car he had on the lot as is! I hooked my OBD reader up to the car , no issues. No previous codes removed! 55,000 miles Ford Taurus! They even pulled the car inside on the lift to let me look at the undercarriage! Car was in excellent condition! Highly recommend! Staff was nice and friendly! Good car buying experience!
This was an awesome experience especially for being a first time car buyer. Justice was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable during such a stressful process. Lastly I’m obsessed with my car.
