Tony was exceptional and very accommodating to all our questions and needs. Ideal Auto was great. As buying from out of state I was terrified.AJ was great with communication, sent videos, pictures, took the truck to a third party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspections, honest about concerns. He was so patient and kind with all of my pestering. When we showed up after driving for a day they had the truck ready and the paperwork took maybe 15 minutes. Amazing pain free experience!
