Kerri at Nissan was great! I really appreciate all her help, knowledge and went above and beyond. Very efficient. Making sure all my info was updated and correct. I can't stress enough when I left I knew what was expected and was elated. I asked lots of questions and she was very knowledgable and answered them all. When I picked up my car she was busy with a customer so another agent helped check me out. Kerri came over after she was done with her customer to see if I had any additional questions and went over more information, after I had asked more questions (about future appt vehicle services) lol! She didn't have to but it goes to shows how much she wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. Really great employees. A few years ago I had a not so good visit here. This interaction and with how fast and efficient my repair went, I will definitely be back.
