Wanted to stop and leave a review my experience was awesome! Once again Thank you Jeff L. You made this process so easy all over again!! Smoothest sale ever. After going to 3 other dealerships we went to Banks for the first time. Chris our salesman was amazing no pressure took the time to show us what we wanted explained everything about the vehicles we test drove. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Car buying is not the most fun experience, but I had a timeline in mind for getting out of my ages and well loved vehicle and into something reliable and safe for my family, and Banks made that happen. Alex, in the sales department, was very easy to work with; pulling the three vehicles I wanted to test drive and answering my questions with an ease of expertise knowledge. The sales manager, Brennan, was also appreciated in giving me a trade in value that I wanted to make the deal possible. I wouldn’t have bought with Banks if that number wasn’t what it was. In finance, my questions were also answered well and that portion was smooth and carefully executed. I also got to meet Chris who congratulated me on my purchase and was welcoming.
