Tyler and Collin were great from the start. I found our 2025 Kia Carnival Sx Prestige online. We applied for financing online. The next day Tyler and Collin were Calling and Texting me to come see it and run our credit. Collin got us approved in the bank I advised him of best approval odds. They were quick to make sure they secured the vehicle for us with a deposit until we could come in to sign and drive. Paperwork was quick and painless and they detailed my van to make her beautiful. I am very happy with the quality of their service.
After having multiple horrible experiences at other GMC Dealerships, we tried one more and glad we did. Robin is a beautiful breath of fresh air. She kept her word even if it meant staying over and coming in on her day off. She worked hard as our advocate to ensure we were pleased. I honestly cannot recommend any of the dealerships we tried in the last few weeks. But, thankfully, I can wholeheartedly recommend Robin. She saved our GMC purchase. We finished our purchasing process and beed to add the finance professional was also wonderful! Wish I could remember his name, long day, but he was also great. Wonderful car purchase day.
