2021 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box Elevation

We called about a truck that we saw online and spoke with Joseph. We decided to drive up from SC, about an hour and a half away, to purchase. Joseph, our sales representative was wonderful every step of the way, from phone call to delivery. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Chris, the finance manager was exceptional as well and explained everything. They had the vehicle right up front for a test drive right when we got there. Crystal was super helpful explaining the technology and features in the truck. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Highly recommend this team. We love our new truck!

While vacationing in North Carolina with our family of 10 over Easter weekend, our transmission went out, with no ability to get our family back home. Greg made a way for us to purchase another Chevy Express when we thought our trip was ruined and there was no way home. Very kind and personable. Highly recommend!

Greg Depue did an excellent job getting me in my new Colorado. My only point of dissatisfaction is the less than stellar job the detail shop did getting it ready for presentation. It was not really clean, and I should have sent it back, but I wanted to drive it. Having trouble with the Chevy App, but can't pin that on Spruce Pine Chevrolet. Overall, a pretty good experience.
