2024 GMC Sierra Elevation 4WD Crew Cab Short Box

I recently had my oil changed and explicitly told the if my car needs more things (I.e. cabin filters etc to call me to discuss so I can give approval for the new filter. Not wait to tell me when I pick up my car because I don’t want to have another visit and another service charge). No issues this time and their customer service in the service department is getting better. They even washed my car to give me a better experience with them. I will give them 4 stars this time.

After significant research for a quality used vehicle using several websites, my son selected a few vehicles he was interested in buying. Red Wing Chevrolet staff were excellent. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and had some useful suggestions. Oddly, the best part of the purchase was working with Brian W, the business manager. He assisted us with understanding the process, fees and most importantly how to deal with the debit and cash options. The vehicle was as we hoped. My son bought it two weeks ago, and is very pleased with his new used car! Thanks Brian and Kyle for assistance!

I came looking for a specific truck. Kevin had it ready and warmed up when I arrived. We went for a test drive and he explained features and answered my questions. Everyone did a good job working with my trade, arranging for Tonneua cover and running boards and working with me to get the educator discount. The turn over time to get the vehicle ready was quick and it looked perfect when I came to pick it up. Kevin took the time to get my plates changed over, show me how features work, set up technology and introduce me to the service department.
