2017 GMC Sierra 4WD Double Cab Standard Box

It’s not very often you travel two hours from where you live just to buy a car but when Mankato Motors impresses you that much that is exactly what you do. We just bought my daughter a new car and everyone from the receptionist, the sales staff, the finance manager to the owner were all courteous and friendly explaining everything upfront and in detail to my daughter so she felt comfortable and knew everything that was happening for a first-time car buyer. This is the second vehicle our family have bought from Mankato Motors, we have also had service work done here when my wife had hail damage to her Blazer had the same top notch experience as well. I can’t say enough good things about Mankato Motors except thank you! I will definitely be coming back to buy my next truck here as well!

They have been very accommodating anytime my car has needed repair. They have dedicated customer service people just to make the process of getting your vehicle in and out and answering your questions easier so that the mechanics can do their job and get you on your way faster. Anytime I’ve had a concern or question on a repair, they’ve had no problem walking out to take a second look at my vehicle and make things right. Everything from oil changes, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned repairs, they’ve taken good care of me over the years.

Very kind and efficient. Nice waiting area. But this is the second time the floor panel cover was not screwed in properly. First time it came off driving down the highway. This time, it just vibrated badly so my husband tightened the screws and replaced a missing one. That being said, I would return again because of the courteous, prompt service.
