I just brought my first brand new car there. They were absolutely wonderful easy. Going to work with Berry responsive to any questions or concerns after the buying. They reach out to you a couple times to check to see if everything's still going good. Or if you have any questions

My truck was draining the battery every few days. I got a brand new battery and it still died almost immediately. I drove my truck, after having AAA get it started, to Upstate Chevy. I had no appointment for service. The gentleman got it in for me and I had it back a few days later!!! I’m thankful for their support and timeliness especially as I did not even call ahead. I was worried I couldn’t get it started again. Thank you Upstste Chevy!!
