2022 Cadillac XT4 Luxury FWD

Everyone at Lone Star was really nice and helpful. I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change without an appointment but Fatima was able to service my car very quickly. I was also in the market to buy another car. I’m preparing to give my current car to a family member, so I was looking for something new for myself. Bo Franklin was very patient and explained the different trims and options that Lone Star had. I’m not really into cars, so the way he explained my options was extremely helpful and made my car shopping experience stressless.

Our sales associate Francis was very personable and even came in on his day off when the car arrived to help us with the final details. The only downside was the finance associate just kept talking for hours and wasted a lot of our time. Definitely go see Francis if you are looking for a new vehicle.

We had an outstanding experience this week with Luana Martins Costa and her Sales Manager. I'm a Toyota customer since 2019 and I recommend Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. This is the best deal I had. We had a small budget and after all the negotiation we bought a much superior trim with options we supposed we couldn't afford. The sales team offered us different year models and trims to match our budget, my car appraisal was much better than what other dealers offered and the financial team was really committed with our deal.
