2007 Cadillac SRX V6

I currently live in Alaska and will be moving to AL very soon. Without as much as test driving, I bought a 2023 Audi A5 Sportback with the premium black optic package from Jack Ingram Audi, Porsche in Montgomery AL. When I inquired about this vehicle, the customer service I received was simply impeccable. Bill Kissinger took the time and sent me a video with him in the vehicle explaining all the features and then did the same with the outside. That in itself was extremely impressive and I fell in love with this vehicle. I took a day to think about it. Richard is my sales rep and continued with providing me the several options of the warranty information. Between the two of them and their incredible customer service I’m now the very proud owner of my vehicle. To elaborate even more and having another month before we move they went above and beyond placing my new Audi in the showroom with a SOLD sign on it and locked it so it can’t even be shown. A shout out to my hubby as well as I have been dedicated to Honda’s for the last 30 years and he was the one that researched and knew this Audi was me and fits “my personality” as he put it. I am so very thankful and grateful to all of them and can hardly wait to pick it up! It’s an absolutely beautiful vehicle and I would highly recommend Jack Ingram dealership!!!

I bought a 2023 Audi sports-back this dealership ain’t no ordinary dealership. The salesman’s was very nice and my salesman was amazing he was nice and easy to deal with. Eric is a hard working man he sold two cars at the same time. If you want to buy a luxury vehicle see Eric you will be in good hands.

After experiencing a shredded bearing on my A3, I was able to reach Audi Care and they arranged for transportation, via tow truck, to the nearest dealership that is an hour away. The service department initially told me the part wouldn't be in until Thursday and hopefully my vehicle would be repaired by Monday. Thankfully they were able to get the part, make the repair and get me back on the road days ahead of time. I am extremely happy
