2008 Cadillac Escalade AWD

Bought a vehicle mid May through MMM. They had what I wanted in stock - and other options. They communicated wonderfully. The price was very fair, too, and they threw in some extras - not to be expected but appreciated for certain. I trust them to stand behind what they sold.

Extremely friendly service, worked diligently to complete paperwork, with good communication. Not thrilled with the bank's excessive requirements to verify income, nor the post purchase interview requirement (them demanding yet another piece of paperwork), which further degrades my faith in the bank's trustworthiness. But as this is a review of the dealership itself... Have not had the car inspected yet, have hopes there will be no surprises. Also to note, one item I requested to be fixed before purchase was not fixed. That is sort of on me, as I didn't make an issue of it (it appears to be a minor one.) I hope I don't regret that choice :) wish me luck!
