We just purchased our second vehicle from Patrick Cadillac, and had another fantastic experience. This time we had the pleasure of working with Erin Pyrchla and it made this experience even better if possible. She was professional, efficient, no nonsense, listened to your needs and wants. She did not pressure or push unnecessary things, she gave us and removed anything we stated. There was a small damage we missed in the look around and she immediately got the car in for repairs with a loaner within a week. I would highly highly recommend seeing her for your used or new car purchase, we purchased a used dodge product from their dealerships and we received topnotch customer service. There was no different treatment. Everyone is treated like they are important and shown great respect.
