2024 Cadillac XT4 Luxury AWD

Dvyne was the best sales rep I've ever dealt with at any dealership ever! I wasn't even purchasing a Cadillac, it was a Mercedes that they got on trade-in, and the service I received was still top notch. My son is excited to drive this car in 15 years, haha! We dropped our car off for scheduled maintenance and to fix an issue under warranty while we were on vacation. Received a call letting us know what all they did and that they believed our issue was fixed, which it was. Picked the car up on our return and all is well - they even vacuumed the interior. Don't know what else they could do to make it better.

This was a wonderful buying experience. Brad explained the features of the vehicle in detail, and we enjoyed working with him. The atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed, and there was no pressure to purchase anything.
