2023 Cadillac XT4 Luxury AWD

Both Norris and Randy were very helpful during this process. I did not expect it to go so smoothly but they ensured that it did. I wasn't ready to buy a new car, but working with Norris was an enjoyable experience. He made me feel at ease. Then when we met with Randy, it was like icing on the cake. The two of them did an amazing job and I am thankful for all their help throughout my car-buying process!

Tim was AWESOME at providing us with the information we needed to make an informed decision on the purchase of our vehicle. He was available, honest and caring. We were afraid to go about the process at first due to past experiences, but Tim made all of those worries go away the moment we connected via text. He was able to find us not only a vehicle, but the one we wanted with extra features and within our budget. We surely do hope Tim stays with the team as we look forward to coming back to purchase another vehicle in the coming years.

Chris was fantastic. I was in Decatur visiting family, and discovered I had a nail in the tire of my 2023 Rogue right as I was getting ready to leave town. I called Lynn Layton, as I had purchased road hazard protection from Nissan, talked with Chris, and he was able to get me right in. An hour later and I was back on the road! Chris was great about maintaining a calm demeanor as I was frantic initially. Thank you!
