We were having an amazing experience. The deal we got was amazing. When we returned from securing the loan we were just kind of shoved off in a corner and told the car was being washed and fueled. We waited and waited. Then were told that tags and licensing were being done. Waited some more. Told car was ready. Went to leave. Car was not washed and gas tank was not full.

I grew up in Devine, Texas and this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Brown Chevrolet. I went in, with the intention of, looking at my options and possibly driving away in a new vehicle. I did not expect to be greeted by a member of the Brown team the moment I shut my car door. My salesperson, Jesse, was extremely friendly and accommodating and provided a great deal of knowledge on the type of vehicle I was searching for and made the entire process quick and easy. The rest of the staff I interacted with made me feel welcome and they are a testament to great customer service. I drove away with a brand-new vehicle and the whole process took less than a couple of hours, far less than what it took me when I bought my first vehicle at another dealership. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Brown Chevrolet and have the intention of purchasing any future vehicle from them.

I bought a 70th year Anniversary Corvette 2023 and the transaction is always smooth here! Their customer service is always great and is a very friendly staff here! Ty Bret Hooper, Ronnie Harrell and Max Fancher whom had great stories by the way. The Best place to buy cars from, always with a smile ???? Every time were on a waiting list Ronnie always comes through. The Corvette I purchased is Pearly white color with white and black seats, just gorgeous and the rest black suede on the dashboard. This is the second Corvette we have purchased from Brown Chevrolet in Divine, Texas it’s always great service and a pleasure doing business with these guys.
