Aimee was absolutely superb. She is not my usual service advisor but was filling in for him in his absence. She treated me as if I was one of her regular customers and was on the spot with helpful information, a thorough and comprehensive explanation of the problem, and several options for service. She answered all of my questions completely and if she didn’t have all the answers she told me and then she got them. She took care of me as well as my usual service advisor. She was a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation recommending her. The service was as promised, ready in a timely fashion, and ended up costing less than I originally anticipated. Audi Hilton Head has an excellent and trustworthy service department.
