Raegan Sterling is an awesome saleslady for her age. She was professional and very thorough during the process of me purchasing my new vehicle. Just don't let finance convince you to buy an extended warranty or prepaid maintenance plan. Cancelling is difficult and getting a refund will take longer than the dealer advised. UPDATE: It took almost three months to get the refund. As with most dealerships, you need to be on your game when you hit the finance department. Stay away from extended warranties. If you want one, don't buy at the dealer. You can easily find a reputable warranty company from another source when you have time to do thorough research.
