During the inquiry process, he promptly responded to my questions with details complete with recorded videos. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Erek. Upon test driving the vehicle, it was discovered that the touch screen display was not working properly. I absolutely loved the car but did not want to purchase it without a working display and was very disappointed at first. Erek and Sean (the used sales manager) went above and beyond. They wrote into the sale of the vehicle that they would repair or replace the display if I still wanted to purchase the car. I absolutely 100% did - sold! Today a car audio specialist came to my house and removed the display for the repair or replacement (they came to me!). Erek and Sean followed through on their word to fix the malfunctioning display and I am absolutely in love with my new (used) car. Highly recommend this used car dealership.
