2023 Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury AWD

I went to Transitowne Kia looking to lease a new car and Anne was amazing. Super personable while being easy to talk to and doesn't push you. You tell her what you are looking for and she listens and does just try to sell you something you don't really want. Some car dealerships call you and call you and call you and never was like that with them. It's not often someone can say that visiting a car dealership was pleasant. But honestly I would go back everytime now just to work with Anne. Stress free. She's ontime with appointments, and has Disney level hospitality and attention to detail. From the time I got to the dealership she brought me snacks and water. I was also offered water or coffee at the front door by another gentleman. Transitowne Kia literally did everything for me before getting there so closing the deal was easy and a breeze. I was able to send them screen shots of registration, insurance and agree to the background check without being there so all I needed to do is sign and drive. The gentleman assisting in the finance dept also was super personable. He answered all questions and offered suggestions as well based on if I would turn the car in in 3 years or buy it out. The entire process was maybe 10 minutes if that. Once I finished in the finance office, he brought me back out to Anne, who already had the plates off my jeep and on the new car. She walked me over to service real quick to explain how everything works when need be and informed me that first oil change is free. She then walked me out to the car and went over all the bells and whistles once again to make sure I was comfortable. The day after I got the car home, Anne did reach out and ask how everything was and if I had any question. She definitely made me feel like she cares. Honestly I was dreading going to a car dealership because of how they hastle you. But Transitowne Kia, definitely was the Disney of car dealerships on how they treated there clients. And that coming from a former Cast Member of the Walt Disney Company....so I know there training and what to expect and everyone I delt with at Transitowne Kia was on that level of guest service. Thanks for the new wheels and I would recommend both Anne and Transitowne Kia to anyone looking.

I bought a new car at a price lower than the MSRP, and it was a pleasant experience dealing with Jason and his team at Transitowne Kia. The appointment for a test drive was awesome, and I proceeded to purchase my dream car: the first Kia, the first SUV, the first AWD, and even the first hybrid.

My salesman Hunter was amazing. After 3 horrible experiences at 2 Hyundai dealers and another Kia dealer this dealership was a breathe of fresh air. No high pressure sales or being pushed to buy the rust proofing package on a lease. They made it all happen in one day. From the finance person to the car hand off everything went so quickly and I was out of there. Thank you Transittown Kia.
