Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Call them on Tuesday put a deposit on a truck that I really liked told me the deposit was 100% refundable. They held for me while I closed my home. Friday I called them after I closed on my house and they started immediately getting to paperwork, pulling credit, etc. Got me an approval within 45 minutes and I left with the truck same day. Phenomenal customer service they go above and beyond for their customers. I will be buying my trucks from here Going forward

We had travelled from Massachusetts for a week of relaxation in Vermont. On our second day of vacation we went to our car after having breakfast to find our front passenger tire totally flat! After changing to the spare tire we set out to find a replacement tire. After four attempts we luckily discovered Springfield GMC. Everyone there was exceptional and in a few hours we were on our way to continue our vacation!!
