Anthony, the Service Tech, was very helpful and explained every detail very well. I appreciated the promptness of the service as well. I originally set up my appointment for 8:30am but received a message that my appointment had been changed to 8:00am, which didn't bother me. I showed up and the check-in process was very easy. I chose to wait for my vehicle and the waiting room was very inviting and I appreciated the Wi-Fi connection that was offered. It allowed me to get work done while I was waiting. Overall it was a very good experience.
