He showed patience with me throughout the entire process. The sales manager Jesse even helped me work the deal with a different Cadillac dealership because he understood how important was for me to get the vehicle I wanted. Sewell is incredible, and has earned my business from this day forward. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and it was always very stressful. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed working with them.

As a single, older, woman the process of purchasing a new vehicle can be very daunting. It has been ten years since my last purchase of a vehicle. I did a ton of online research and narrowed down my choice to a 2021 Cadillac XT5 that Sewell had recently received as a trade-in. I inquired online. Chandler was awesome in that he did not take the "Used Car Salesman" approach, if you know what I mean, but was very pleasant, not pushy and just answered what questions I had in a prompt and pleasant manner.
