2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV 2WD Platinum

Bought a 2026 gmc 1500 sierra from David Lee Scott today. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They were smooth and quick with everything. If you are in market for new vehicle make sure to ask for Junior and Eddie they were great. Made buying a car feel like you were buying from family. Eddie was amazing didn’t pressure me into anything showed me everything on the truck. Junior will do everything in his power to help you!! I had found a truck I wanted in Michigan and worked the deal out but was trying to schedule time to go. I went past David Lee Scott and saw another electric truck. It was not the color I wanted but they said they would locate and get one how I wanted and beat the dealer in Michigan. Game on. They didn’t get my first color choice as the only one was in Michigan but they did get an upgraded color which I said I wasn’t paying for. They still got me to the same trade difference as the one up north. Fast forward to service. Truck had a rattle and 2 other flaws. First run they put me in a tiny SUV that I could not work out of so could not leave truck there to get issues fixed. I was upset because I need the room and there is a reason I have a truck, work. They reached out and brought me another truck to get mine in to order parts, swapped back while waiting, offered to come to Pensacola to pick up again when parts came in and brought it back to me when repairs completed. They did end up setting me up with a truck from their lot to be able to continue without much interference. They did indeed go out of their way to make my new truck how it should be and help me continue to work to pay for Electric truck. Thank you Caleb and Sarah for communicating through and making the process positive. .

Caleb was amazing! I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. Told him I needed it before the weekend and even though they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot he found it elsewhere and had it delivered. Very knowledgeable and professional. Underwriting went flawlessly and I was in and out like nothing. Caleb took his time showing me all the bells and whistles. When I left the dealership, I left feeling GREAT!! At no point did I ever feel pressured or like I got ripped off! Definitely recommending Caleb to anyone I know who’s looking for a new vehicle! Thank you Caleb for being so awesome at your job!!!
