I've bought several vehicles from them and have always been treated fairly. It has been especially notable that they have not engaged in the unscrupulous practices that some of the bigger more urban dealers have done. (Above MSRP pricing, mandatory add ons, etc.)

After a nightmare of a situation last Friday when my car’s brakes stopped working on the highway, I am so thankful my car ended up here. I was hours from home and trying to figure out how to get my car back to Reading and they fit me in to at least give me a sense of whether it could be fixed quickly before the weekend or should probably be taken closer to my home. For everything happening between Friday evening at close and Saturday morning when I am SURE they were so busy, I was never talked to like I was an inconvenience or burden. I felt they went above and beyond what would have been expected to help me through my situation. They even helped put me in touch with an incredible tow company who helped get my car back home (two hours away!) and were just genuinely kind about my situation. I rarely experience the type of wonderful service I did with the gentleman I spoke to Friday and Saturday, but I’m so thankful. Especially after having poor service with my AAA provider that day, it really made me appreciate small businesses and even more so the ones who take such pride in what they do. Im thankful when I needed it most I was met with such kindness. Would absolutely recommend.

Needed to get 4 new tires put on my car before local snowstorm. Called around and luckily Sheaffer's was one of the only places who was able to fit me in right away! Mounted & balanced all 4 for less than $100 before sales tax. ???????? First time my Buick LaCrosse was @ a chrysler dealership...????
