2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV 4WD Premium Luxury

My father has purchased dozens of vehicles over the past several decades and has had countless positive relations with dealerships and salesmen. That said, he has never experienced the level of service that he is offered at Cadillac Pasadena. He was interested in the all electric Cadillac Lyriq, but it was his salesman Cham and manager Jonathan that really blew him away. I bought many, many new cars from many dealers. Since 2012 my daily driver have been Tesla. I bought 4 of those in the past 12 year. I thought direct sale was fabulous, until I had to do with service. Impossible to talk with a person, weeks to get an appointment and so on Last week I decided to trade my very new Model Y for a Lyriq. For now I am extremely happy with my choice. The Lyrig is not as quick as the Model Y, but it is much more comfortable, the stated range is real, not like Tesla, and the finish is incomparable better.
