I can’t say enough how much I appreciated Richardson’s flexibility in working with my family during the purchase of our Honda Passport. I’m currently living out of state, and they were very helpful in explaining the nuts and bolts of the less exciting aspects of buying a new car (out of state title registration, sales tax, etc). They also held the car even though I was unable to travel for a week while sick. In short, they made the buying process as easy as possible, as they were great at explaining each step.
