I recently purchased two wheelchair vans for my business and I obviously needed help with installing hardware for properly securing patients in the unit. Shawn was extremely helpful and supportive with his walk through and instructions on installing hardware and properly securing the wheelchair with a patient also being secured. He suggested that I look at the video of Q’Straint thoroughly and go through a certification process in addition to calling him at anytime I needed help or assistance.
