By FAR the best purchase experience we have ever had! My dad lives in NC, is 79 and found the perfect car on line. Ali made it so easy! He was very patient helping my dad, overnighting the title to NC, kept in touch the entire time. He made it so easy to pick up the car after hours, even leaving a screw driver to put the new license plate on. Very attentive, calm, and detail oriented! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical looking for a car at Auto House. I've always purchase new cars directly from the dealership. But I was looking for a semi-classic Range Rover L322 which was last produced in 2012. After searching all over New England, Auto House seemed to have a pretty nice one on their lot. After checking out the car and taking a test drive, I noticed a few things that needed to be taken care of. The headliner wasn't tight, the AC wasn't blowing cold and the breaks squeaked a bit. Auto House took care of those items for me and I purchased the vehicle. But that's not why I'm writing this review. After my purchase, under closer inspection, I noticed some rust on the subframe. I called Auto House and told them about it. They responded quickly and mentioned they would take care of it. I thought it would be fair if they picked up the cost of the part and I took care of the labor. They agreed and sent me the funds for the part that same day. Things happen but it's how you respond that matters. Thank you Auto House for your quick and no hassle response.
