This five-star rating is due to one person in particular, Danny! This was an extremely painful cost and repair that I had to go through. It is what it is and it had to be done. As painful as it was Danny was there to help me through the entire process. Yes they were some bumps and issues with the repairs, but because of Danny's spectacular level of customer service, I was more willing to overlook those. I will absolutely trust them again as long as Danny is still working there! Bravo Danny for your hard work, your great communication and most of all your empathy and understanding.
Eric really made my car-buying experience the easiest and best it could have gone. He went above and beyond to give me everything I asked for in my new car. He made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. David was also a major help and deserves recognition. He was quick and did everything I asked for. I'll never forget my experience here. When I arrived, Eric was my salesperson helping me. Eric was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was also easy to talk to, like a mutual friend. No salesperson panache or long-winded upselling. But still able to provide any detailed information that I needed, and professional. The dealership itself was great. IDK if all Mazda dealerships are like this but it's a very easy and relaxed experience. No pressure. And no bogus fees to haggle with. I really appreciate that.
