2016 Honda Accord EX-L CVT

Had an awesome buying experience here! I had been in the market for a new car for a bit and was running into problems with other dealers. I ended up reaching out to Parkway Toyota with an interest in a ‘24 Toyota Corolla. The one I reached out about was in the middle of being sold, but Scott Vachon reached back out to me with another same exact model that was currently in transit. Got the pricing sent over with no hidden fees— perfect clarity before even seeing the car in person and discussing cost— and was able to get a deposit down on it. Scott kept me updated the entire way through the process on the whereabouts of the car and when I could expect to check it out. When I finally visited the dealership, the car was out and ready for a test drive. Scott made sure to go over everything about the car and all the details regarding it. Got to set the CarPlay up and see just how advanced this car was! Every question of mine was answered and Scott made sure to let me know to just ask if anything came up. I didn’t feel pressured at all during any of the signing process and had all my answers questions answered during this as well. Super fast and efficient where if you’re settled on the exact car you want— you’ll be in and out with it! Had to come back to pick the car up after getting insurance settled and this was a painless process as well. Got the keys to the car and Scott made sure to assist me with any other questions I had before I drove off. Have had my car for about a day now and it’s perfect! Was really dreading the entire car buying process, but Scott and the rest of Parkway Toyota made it really easy. Highly recommend!

Nathaniel Franco was great to work with. We would not have come to Parkway Toyota (as it is not as close as other Toyota dealerships to our home) if we had not talked with him on the phone beforehand. We really appreciated the transparency and friendly way he handled the process. It was also very reassuring when the GM James Calihan came by to greet us and also back the pricing being discussed. I felt the total time it took to get from coming in to completing the paperwork for the purchase could have been a bit faster/more efficient given that it was not super busy, but that was a minor drawback as the overall experience was very positive. I won’t hesitate to recommend Parkway Toyota of Boston to friends and family.

Hands down, this was the best and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. I worked with Nate and he was fantastic. He listened to my wants and needs and found me the right vehicle within my budget. My finance manager was perfect. He found me ways to save, get the features I wanted, fully explained everything, and was no pressure. Seriously unexpected on all points and I have been recommending them to everyone. I'm thrilled with my new truck and loved the whole car buying experience...never thought I would say something like that.
