Jim was absolutely fantastic. At the very end of my week long vacation my car began to overheat. I had no resources in St. Augustine and was recommended Car Tech by an O'Reilly's worker. Jim fit us in right away, even with an obviously busy shop, and was nothing but honest with us. He ran every test he could (at no cost) and gave us the lowest estimate of anyone nearby (or in Missouri where I'm from). He got the work done extremely quickly and my car has been running beautifully ever since. It even got us through the 17 hour drive back home with no issues.
