2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4X4

To say this is the best experience I have ever had with a dealership is an understatement! Nathan the Manager worked around my busy work schedule. Helped me pick the perfect car for my daughter. He knew I was really pressed for time and had to get back to work and prepared everything for me before I got there with the help of Trudy! (Paperwork was less than 15 minutes!!) Trudy helped from start to finish. Took calls and emails after closing time and went out of her way to help me! On top of that she knew the car was going to be my daughter’s first car and had them detail it again to make sure it was perfect for my daughter. To say that I HIGHLY recommend Victory Ottawa is an understatement. I would feel more than confident sending any one of my family members or friends to work with Nathan, Trudy & the staff at Victory Ottawa. I will absolutely return when it’s time to trade in and upgrade my Ram. Thank you again to Nathan and Trudy!

Jerad at Victory got me into a beautiful vehicle as a first timer and it was such an easy experience. I was honestly so nervous initially because I have a less than fair credit score and I have never made this commitment before. But he urged me to go ahead and file the application and just see where it goes, so I did, crossed my fingers and waited. By the end of the day I was getting approved and felt like a miracle, it was just a matter of finding a team committed enough to try lenders until somebody said yes. And from there forward felt like a dream, I was sitting there filling out the paperwork waiting for something to go wrong, or for me to wake up! I love my car so much and it’s so much safer and roomier for my kids. And the payments are totally manageable! 10/10 experience, I’d tell anybody that asks to see Jerad and the team down at Victory, because they won’t regret it!

Jarad got me taken care of. My truck had burned on my trip to CA and I scheduled a Monday morning appointment to look at another truck on my way back to MO. Jerad helped me swap my gear from my rental truck to the one I’d bought there and followed me to the Enterprise in Ottawa to drop it off. Smooth as could be, thanks guys!
