It is a struggle to keep this post short because it definitely needs to be a long one full of nothing but praise. I cannot express enough how pleasantly surprised I was about the car buying process at Lockhart. The staff, from the sales department to the finance department went out of their way to make me feel like I was their customer instead of just a customer. You could definitely tell the goal was to make me a repeat customer not just sell me a vehicle. This was the first time I bought a car and did not feel like I was being lied to by omission about the car or the numbers. I live in Arkansas and drove to Lockhart Motor Company to buy my truck. There was a small problem with a battery connection that was noticed by Scott. Instead of risking me getting on the road with my new purchase and experiencing a possible breakdown or finding out about the malfunction at my expense, I was asked could they keep my truck and have their service department repair it. My truck was repaired, and every effort was made to deliver this truck to me instead of me having to drive back to Lockhart, Texas. My uncle told me that the service after the sell is what speaks volumes for a business. Lockhart family, you have mastered the trait of great service after the sell. Will I buy again from Lockhart Motor Company? Yesssss!!! Thank you for making sure my vehicle was fully operational.

I will only deal with Lockhart Ford from now on. I regret that I didn’t order my Maverick from Glen as that was my choice. I have since told other people about Glen and Lockhart Ford. The service Dept was more than excellent! Got me in quick, fixed my recall quickly also. So very professional! I’ll never go anywhere else ???? TEN ?? STARS

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Lockhart Motor Company. Our salesman is Coach and we LOVE him. He is the BEST. As for financial part of the sale, Bridget is the bomb. She knows her stuff and will get you the best rates. Lockhart Motor Company has that small town feel that we love and we will continue to drive to Lockhart from the Bastrop area to purchase our vehicles.
