I just want to give a huge shout out to James at Ozark Motorsports for making my first actual car buying experience the absolute BEST car buying experience! To be honest, everyone at Ozark Motorsports was really friendly and helpful, but James went above and beyond! He really went out of his way to help make sure that I got everything that I wanted at the best deal possible! And when my bank didn't approve my loan, James was able to push it through on his end, and got it approved with an even better interest rate than I would have had! The whole crew was reasonable and understanding, and most of all, they weren't pushy and they didn't try to force anything on you that you didn't want. I would absolutely recommend them 5 out of 5, so if you are looking to buy a car, then go see James!

Went up Saturday to just check out a car I’ve had my eye on after calling up to inquiry about it. By time I got there James had the car pulled to the front ready for me to test drive. When I tell you these guys made the process of buying a new car painless. He was honest and upfront about any and all questions, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, he looked and took the time to get me the best financing, and I walked out with a beautiful new car. I got great customer service from James and the dealership. I found the car online, but I couldn't travel to see it in person because I live in New York City. After talking to James, he promptly sent me detailed pictures of the exterior and interior, which allowed me to see the exact condition of the car. James prepared all the necessary documents quickly and answered all my questions. We made the deal. I'm delighted that I found the dealership and James. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
