In my experience with AutoNation, the appraisal process was efficient with no wait time. However, I found that the offer on my vehicle was lower compared to offers from other companies. They are the most amazing place I have ever been to buy a car, not only was Whitney amazing with us, but she did most of the work so that we didn’t get stuck driving an hour and a half for nothing, she and will got us into the car of our dreams in literally 24 hours and they both did everything over the phone!! Will worked amazing at the deal we got for our car and he was a pleasure to talk to on the day of signing, Whitney is like a friend you haven’t seen in so long. She makes you feel like family!!!
