Erin and Chris made it easy to get me into my 2021 Jeep Renegade. They hooked me up with a good finance rate and protection package included in my monthly payment that I could easily afford! I did have 2 issues though- oil change sticker said it was due- apparently the oil had been changed but the old sticker was left on. Erin told me the next oil change would be on her. Good- because it was $120!Also the tires were bald so I had to get new ones!
I had a great experience here. I found what I wanted through Autotrader, contacted them to see if it was still available so I didn't drive down and waste a trip. Chris was a wonderful salesperson and thought of every little detail. Adam gave me a very fair price for my trade, they didn't waste my time. Samantha in financing got me a better rate than my current credit union. Shortly, I was on the road and headed home.
