2013 Lincoln MKS AWD

Where do I start…..! From the time I walked in, the process was simple quick and easy. I was approved within minutes! Now I’ve been in most dealerships for an 8 hr shift LOL BUT not this time! When I tell you Lavelle and Eric are so patient, professional, understanding and God Sent. I walked in under the impression that my credit is shot and wouldn’t get approved but all I have to say is “But GOD”!! I got the Truck that I wanted and desired after test driving 4! I highly recommend checking them out if your Vehicle shopping! Trust me when I tell you, I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to on this one! Go see for yourself ! I doubt you’ll be disappointed

I haven’t bought yet, but I definitely will!!! I will refer anyone to this dealership! First of all the first thing I noticed was how warm and inviting this business is. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful as far as the entire process of financing a car. I financed 3 cars before this and did not know the entire process. He informed me of the criteria it would take to get into a successful leasing option. He was very honest and upfront and although i did not walk away with a car today (due to my own financial situation) I am confident with the information I was given I was set up for success to get a car in the future. I’ll be back soon and can’t wait to post a review of how happy I am with my new car!!!

Eric and Vell were very informative and honest throughout my entire process. I was given several options that fit my needs financially and was able to drive home in a NICE car! I love my car!!
