Placing a GPS system on the car, for dealership security, and then saying it's can't be removed for an extra $900? Anything can be removed. . As a long time VW owner, the last thing I want is any dealership or aftermarket installer tampering with any of the VW electrical on the car I am buying, as the CANBUS system is very sensitive and problematic. 2nd purchase a few weeks later of another new car went much smoother. Proper gears got greased. Thank you David Rico.

The people in the service department are great! They are definitely professional & know their stuff while, at the same time, being kind, polite, sociable & informative. The waiting areas - there are several - are comfortable & a couple of them are very quiet. The sales people are also polite & friendly. Even knowing my car was in for service & that I wasn’t in the market, they answered several questions about the newer models. Overall, I really appreciate the staff at OKC VW.
