Christian was a fantastic sales man and he answered all my questions. I didn't have a big budget but he treated me from the start as if I had tons of money to spend. It made all the difference that he was willing to do all he could to meet my needs. His manager Deen was great also because I never felt pressured or manipulated. It was a pleasant experience in a stressful process. I highly recommend this dealership. I've been to others which weren't bad, and some that were. I have only positive things to say about this dealership.
I drove from Ashland for a new car. And the experience was very good. I communicated largely over email over a couple of weeks, and Ben was pretty good about getting back to me within a couple of hours each time. The new car I purchased had been on the lot for about a year, so I wasn't expecting perfection. They did a good job cleaning it up, but there were definitely swirls in the clear coat from being dry wiped over the seasons. And there was a fair amount of interior window haze plus overspray from the flame retardant they added to the ID4 roof fabric cover. So I had to do a fair amount of detailing and waxing to get it back to "new" car status. That said, I feel I got a fair price and thought the buying experience went very smoothly. I'd come back and I'd recommend them to friends. Ben's a sweet guy and Tyler was also helpful in answering my questions. Good place overall from my point of view.
