Visited the dealership on Wednesday and met with Axle. He was very attentive and had good knowledge of the cars we were looking at. If he didn't know an answer, he found out for us. Extremely polite, personable and patient. We returned on Thursday and purchased a Bronco. Although it took some time for him to detail it and get it ready, we were pleased with the results. He was detail oriented so there would be no oversights. And finally, he took as much time as I needed to familiarize me with the vehicle. Friday he checked back in and assured me I could return anytime if I had any questions or if explanations were needed. He understood my tech challenges. Thanks Axle!

Trevor was very courteous and helpful without being pushy. I always hated going to dealerships. This was the first positive experience I have had at a dealership. We got a fair price for a trade in and drove away in a very nice gently used vehicle.

Conway is very helpful manager and he helped me to resolve issue with Ford Motor Company. It was unfortunate that my fuel wire was damaged due to some animal chewing even the truck is new. Giving 4 star because I’m not happy with Ford but this location is 5 star. Thanks!
