Our experience purchasing & financing a vehicle here was phenomenal. Sergio provided clarity on every aspect throughout the entire process - Mind you, I messaged him for 4-5 days & he never got impatient with me or tried to press me into a decision. I went to the dealership after work & arrived 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. Nobody was irritated about that or rushed me to make a decision. Sergio had to go get his son, so he let me know everything was ready to go when I arrived & the owner would be there to see my deal through. Juan helped me when I came in the door & connected me with Leslie who allowed me to test drive the truck. The owner, Chris, went through all of the numbers with me & didn't leave any questions unanswered. Super wholesome guy & you could feel that. I always feel a bit more at ease (especially buying a vehicle) from people that make you feel this way. I really can't say enough about this team.
