Service was excellent. Had A1 maintenance done on my vehicle and got a state inspection as well. Prices were reasonable. The only reason a star got knocked off was for how far booked ahead their appointments are. Took 2.5 weeks to get in. Otherwise, great place.

I bought a 2018 Honda CRV from Southern Acura . My experience there was good . I contacted Southern Acura regarding a certain vehicle. However, Harvey had informed me that they no longer had it. But he could help me look for something else that might suit my needs. I informed Harvey that I didn’t have time to play games and go back and forth that I had already wasted several hours at Two different dealerships earlier that day. Harvey reassured me that me that he would take care of me and that he would not waste my time. When I walked in I reiterated that I didn’t want to waste my time, I was honestly annoyed when I walked in from the treatment I received at the previous location. However, Harvey went right to work I told him my price point and that I wanted to buy cash. Within 30 minutes Harvey had found us (me and my family ) a car that we all liked. That fit our needs and was spacious enough to accommodate our trips. I was able to negotiate a price Point with the sales manager that fit exactly into my budget. And while the vehicle was being inspected etc they gave me a loaner vehicle (Acura RDX) until my car was ready to be picked up. Additionally, unlike when u walk into other dealerships. The sales managers are right at the front door greeting you. they’re not hiding in the back office or behind closed doors. They’re walking around interacting with the customers.
