This dealership is first class. I was VERY impressed by the professionalism of Dave & Travis. Dave was extremely helpful in the ordering process. He explained the different options and packages available. He kept me updated on the build process and was very accommodating during the delivery process, which can be a pain point for an out of town buyer like me. Travis had me in and out of the finance office in less than 10 minutes with no high-pressure upsales, just a quick explanation of the options and what I was signing. They were very accommodating and helpful and pleasant to deal with. My service was completed efficiently and speedily and they returned my vehicle cleaned inside and out…. Which was an unexpected surprise and very welcome as it was a muddy mess! They explained the services they completed and gave me clear information on the status of my vehicle. I plan on making West Motors my go-to dealership in Preston.

West was great. They didn't mark up above & beyond MSRP. They let me finance how I wanted or not finance at all. Jerry was great to work with.
